Also known as Maji Moto, a crystal clear geothermal hot spring is an oasis in the middle of the desert. Surrounded by a lush forest of palm and fig trees, this is a magical escape from the busy city life, where the water is so clear you can see the bottom of the springs. Spend the day swimming, relaxing and having some fun using the local rope swim while enjoying the sun.

We leave in the morning and spend all day at the hot springs, we can either arrange a picnic lunch for you or there are a variety of local stands at the springs you can choose to eat including local bbq and chips, and a small bar where you can get drinks.

Drive time is 1 hr from Moshi. Enjoy the drive and if you are lucky with clear skies the views of Kilimanjaro on the drive can be breathtaking.
